CAN I RETURN PURCHASES?

 Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TAKE?

 It will take our staff 1 to 3 business days to process an order. To reduce the processing time for your order make sure your billing name and address is correct. A follow up e-mail will be sent than unverified orders will be canceled and fully refunded back to the card holder with an email notification. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS or TWO DAY PRIORITY MAIL. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time. Once the package(s) have left our distribution office and a tracking number has been emailed, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. We will not send out another package.

What is the shelf life of your products? 

Since our products are truly all-natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life, typically 12 months
